Program Overview
Purpose
To promote physical fitness, mental health, and overall well-being among academy players and the community through gym training, sports conditioning, and lifestyle education.
At our academy, we believe healthy athletes make strong teams. Through our Health & Wellness Program, players are taken to the nearby gym for professional fitness training, strength building, and sports conditioning. These sessions not only improve performance on the field but also instill discipline, resilience, and healthy habits that benefit our youth and the wider community.
Key Activities
Gym Training Sessions – Players train at the nearby gym to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Sports Conditioning Programs – Designed to improve speed, agility, and recovery.
Health & Nutrition Talks – Invite trainers and health experts to speak with players.
Community Fitness Days -Involve parents, widows, and youth in shared fitness activities.
